Search By Area

If you know the area in which you would like to look for housing, the Search By Area button can be used. By clicking this button you will be brought to a page with a map of Thunder Bay, broken into Postal Zones. Each zone is colour coordinated and in order to select a particular zone, place the mouse pointer over top of the zone and click.

This will bring you to all the listings available in that zone, and the view button can be used to see the listings in more detail.

Search By Critera

The Search By Criteria button can be used when you want to specify what type of housing you are looking for. This button will bring you to a screen where you can choose from an array of specifications for the rental unit. You can select whatever is relevant for you and then click the Search button at the bottom of the page to view any listings that match the specifications that you chose.

Rental Information

The Rental Information button will bring you to a page where you can be connected to the Landlord Tenant Network site or the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal. To view either site just click on the link.

Landlord Menu

The Landlord Menu button is for Landlords who are looking to post new rental units or for existing Landlords in the system. A password along with a user name is needed for existing landlords. If you are a new landlord, a password and user name is created from this page.

The Help button on the Landlord Access page will give you further details on how to list and pay.
