My partner and I are renting out a furnished bedroom in our house for the academic year. There would be a 3 piece bathroom (with shower and bathtub), a small living room, and a kitchen - all shared with 1 other person. There is also quite a lot of space in the backyard, including a porch, which you would be free to use.

My partner and I are both mature students in our early 30s - we live on the top floor. We also have a cat (Pretzel) who is quite cute. We are studious and are away most days and often during evenings as well, and are looking for a renter who is similarly studious and respectful. We both love food and cook 4 or 5 days a week. You can feel free to have friends over, but no parties and no smoking indoors of any kind.

We are located near Bay and Algoma, around a 30 minute walk to Lakehead campus, a 12 minute bike ride, or 5-10 minute drive.
