Beautiful Lake Simcoe Condo – Seeking Mature Female Student

Available November 1st Price $1,300. 1st and last months rent required

Seeking a mature, quiet female student or Master’s student, preferably with a car, to share a beautiful, peaceful condo overlooking Lake Simcoe in Orillia, approximately 12 minutes from Lakehead University. Ample parking is available.

You would be sharing the condo with me, a mature professional woman, and my quiet, well-behaved indoor/outdoor cat. I’m hoping to find a compatible tenant who appreciates a quiet, respectful, neat and tidy home environment and is comfortable living with a cat.

The available bedroom is bright and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Lake Simcoe and a walk-out balcony overlooking the lake. The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs. Photos of the bedroom and condo are included.

The condo offers:

• Ample parking
• Two shared bathrooms — one with a soaker tub and one with a full shower
• Shared kitchen and comfortable living space
• Shared laundry facilities
• Smart TV in the bedroom
• Central air conditioning and heating

This would be an ideal home for a mature student looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to live and study, while sharing with another woman who values a warm, well-cared-for home.
