This quiet, well-kept home is located just outside the city (15 minute drive to university), offering a peaceful setting while still being within easy reach of urban amenities.

The property is situated near two lakes and provides a calm, comfortable living environment. The upper floor is occupied by students during the school year and may be unoccupied at other times.

Roommates share a bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room with each other. A housekeeper services the shared spaces once a month; roommates are responsible for keeping their own private room clean. Past student roommates have all had positive experiences living here.

Driveway parking is available and snow removal is provided. The owner lives in the basement apartment, and shares the 1st floor rooms with the roommates on occasion (kitchen, dining room and teaches voice lessons in living room-will avoid times when roommates need quiet for classes).

No pets are permitted at this time however the owner may be receiving a dog in to the home soon, so this pet will share all spaces except for upper floor bedrooms and bathroom.

Both bedrooms currently have box-springs/mattresses.  They were steam-cleaned after previous year's student use of them.  There is a corner desk and a small bookshelf, with a closet in the 10x13 and bedside tables/makeshift desk and closet in the 13x15
